Travelling
vertically since 1973
Lifts, escalators and platform lifts. Designed, built and maintained from Turin and Prato.
How we work→A bespoke lift does not start from a catalogue. It starts from the shaft, from the architect's drawing and from the people who will ride it every day.
Gruppo Simet has manufactured and installed lifts in Turin since 1973. Delta Ascensori, in Prato, takes them to site in Tuscany and abroad. One counterpart from survey to handover.

How we work
From drawing to inspection, in twenty seconds
A panoramic lift from the first site visit to handover. Scroll to follow it.
01Survey
The drawing starts with the place
Shaft, structure and landscape are measured on site, before any catalogue is opened.

02The cabin
What the passenger sees
Brushed steel, indirect light, a continuous handrail: every surface is chosen with the designer.

03The site
Assembly follows the scaffold
The structure rises in modules and the crew works at height under ISO 45001 certified procedures.

04The controller
Inspection runs through the control panel
The technician checks every function from the panel and the tablet, before the first passenger rides.

05Electronics
Maintenance starts here
Boards and sensors log every trip: whoever maintains the lift reads the data before opening the panel.

06Handover
Two lifts, one counterpart
Simet builds and installs, Delta follows the site: from signature to the inspection certificate.
