The certificates
Quality management system
Design, supply, installation and maintenance of lifts, lifting equipment and escalators. Certified by IMQ within the CISQ and IQNet networks, recognised in some thirty-five countries.

The quality system approved by the notified body under Annex XI of the Lifts Directive: it covers design, manufacture, installation and final inspection of every CE-marked lift.

The certificates are those published by Gruppo Simet. Numbers and expiry dates are read on the documents and confirmed with the office before use in a tender.
Tenders
On 28 March 2023 the maintenance of Piedmont's public lifts became a framework agreement.
Gruppo Simet, in a temporary joint venture, signed with the Metropolitan City of Turin the framework agreement for maintaining the lift systems of public administrations based in Piedmont, lot 1. Thirty-six months from activation, extendable by six.
Administrations above the EU threshold join by obligation, the others by choice. The guide to the agreement, the technical specification and the forms are on the aggregating body's portal at the Metropolitan City.
It is how we work with the public sector: a tender is won with the paperwork in order and kept with the response times written into the specification and honoured.

Questions
Yes, throughout Italy, alone or in a joint venture. For maintenance we consider the distance from our two offices: under two hours' drive we guarantee the response times in the specification.
The current class is V. For larger contracts we bid in a joint venture with qualified companies, as in the framework agreement with the Metropolitan City of Turin.
